Gel Polish Manicure ($50) and Gel Polish Pedicure ($80) at Esthetica Day Spa provide durable high-shine finishes lasting significantly longer than regular polish. Gel manicures typically last 2-3 weeks without chipping or dulling, while gel pedicures can last 3-4 weeks or even longer since toes experience less wear. Gel polish cures under UV or LED light creating a hard protective coating that resists chips, maintains high shine throughout wear, doesn't smudge during application, and allows immediate use of hands or feet. To maximize longevity, moisturize cuticles daily, wear gloves for cleaning or gardening, avoid using nails as tools, and return for professional removal rather than picking or peeling. The investment in gel polish saves time and maintains polished appearance. Get lasting shine—book your gel service in St. Thomas today.

Preparing properly for your waxing or sugaring appointment at Esthetica Day Spa ensures the best results and comfort. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about 2-3 weeks of growth) for effective removal—avoid shaving for at least two weeks before. Gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before to remove dead skin and help prevent ingrown hairs. Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area being treated. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or retinol products for 24-48 hours before as these make skin more sensitive. If nervous, take an over-the-counter pain reliever 30 minutes prior. After treatment, avoid hot baths, tight clothing, excessive sweating, and sun exposure for 24 hours. Follow these guidelines for optimal results and comfort. Come prepared—book your hair removal appointment today.
